Step by step

How to merge PDF files

  1. Add two or more PDFs

Drop your PDF files into the box above — up to 10 at a time. They stay on the list in the order you add them.

  2. Arrange the order

Use the arrows next to each file to set the sequence. The first file on the list becomes the first pages of the merged document.

  3. Merge and download

Click Merge PDFs and download the combined file. All pages from all documents, joined into one PDF.

The case for it

Why merge PDFs here?

One attachment, not five

Contracts with annexes, invoices with receipts, chapters of a report — merged into a single file, they're easier to send, sign, print and archive.

You control the order

Files are combined exactly in the sequence you arrange, so the cover letter really does come before the appendix.

Pages come through untouched

Merging doesn't recompress or rescale anything. Every page keeps its original size, orientation and quality.

Nothing is kept

Your PDFs are combined in memory and deleted the instant the merged file is ready. No copies, no storage, no account.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

Up to 10 files per merge, each up to 4 MB. If you need more, merge in batches — the result of one merge can be an input to the next.

Does the page order follow my file order?

Yes. The merged PDF contains all pages of the first file, then all pages of the second, and so on — exactly as arranged on your list.

Will merging change the quality of my pages?

No. Pages are copied into the combined document as they are, keeping their original dimensions, orientation and resolution.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not currently. Remove the password protection first, then merge. Support for protected files may come later.

Are my documents stored anywhere?

No. The merge happens in memory and your files are deleted immediately afterwards. We never keep copies of your documents.
